My name is Michele (Zimmerman) Daniels and I am a Santa Barbara County native and have spent the majority of my life living in North County. My husband and I have 7 young children, our youngest two were just born in January. You can imagine that knowing what's available for families locally is rather important for us. I found a terrific resource in Santa Barbara, SBParent.com. When I discovered that their sphere of influence was really focused on the greater Santa Barbara area, i.e. south SB County, I decided that I could share a similar resource with North County families, centralizing and highlighting all our communities have to offer.
