Preparation and Skill Development for Young People (Ages 15-24) In:
* Integrated Sustainable Systems Design using Permaculture
* Rainwater Harvesting
* Grey-water design and installation
* Natural and Green Building
* Zero Waste Systems
* Green Entrepreneurship
* Leadership Skills for a "Triple Bottom Line" economy
* Pattern Awareness in Nature, Community, and Business
Sustainable Vocations prepares young people (ages 15-24) for diverse leadership roles that integrate sustainability into their communities, and provides an experiential introduction to the growing green jobs market.

Permaculture Design - Sustainable Living Skills - Leadership & Community Building - Renewable Energy Intro - Green Building & Natural Building Intros - Environmental & Social Justice - Watershed Restoration - Localizing Food & Economy - Animal Husbandry - Rainwater Harvesting & Greywater Design - Green Jobs & Entrepreneurship Preparation
Cost: $1,500-2,500, sliding scale. Includes tuition, meals & camping nearby.
Scholarships available for low-income youth and families thanks to the generosity of our scholarship fund sponsors. Diverse youth and families are encouraged to inquire.
